Ever since it became obvious that Donald Trump is obsessed with one of his top White House aides, Natalie Harp, many have wondered if the two are having an affair and what First Lady Melania Trump thinks about her husband being so close to a woman he seems to adore and is frequently seen with.
And while Melania herself has yet to speak on the matter, one of her advisers is finally talking.
Marc Beckman is a spokesperson and aide to the first lady and he was greeted by MAGA host Stella Escobedo with this welcome: “The mainstream media… they’re endlessly obsessed with garbage tabloid gossip about Natalie Harp, who, by the way, is a loyal, hard-working White House aide to president Turmp—a cancer survivor—who POTUS helped get off labeled treatment for and saved her life. I mean, what do you make of that?”
“The liberal media is ridiculous,” Beckman replied. “They don’t know anything about the first lady’s personal and private life. They don’t even take the time to put us on air to cover these incredible achievements that our first lady has accomplished.”
“What they need to do is look in the mirror because they’re all attacking this hardworking, very talented, very intelligent person in Natalie Harp,” he said, adding that the media is “obsessed with the gossip with the first family. And I can tell you firsthand that it’s time for them to become journalists and stop looking at the gossip.”
“I—Yeah. I mean, it’s nonstop. There’s nothing wrong with their relationship. Like get over it,” Escobedo whined.
Beckman: “No, it’s absolutely ridiculous, and the media doesn’t know about the first lady’s private life. Period. The media doesn’t know about the first family’s private life. Period. And what they do is they harp on these issues of gossip rather than going ahead and covering the substantial achievements of this first lady.”
So if it’s just gossip, why is Beckman so deeply offended? Does he know something about deeper bond between Donald and Natalie? And why did he feel a need to speak out now? Why address the matter at all? Wouldn’t it be better to starve the media with no comments and let the rumors die down?
It sure sounds like Melania’s spin room is working overtime, and that seems odd since they’re only adding fuel to the fire with their comments.
As for what Melania has supposedly accomplished, her heralded “Be Best” initiative is a joke because she never bothers to criticize her husband for his endless bullying of those who disagree with him. Instead, she’s too busy holding press conferences to deny any connection to the late sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein, even though there are numerous photos of her with him.
Something doesn’t add up here, and Beckman’s outrage only makes it more likely that Harp and the Orange Menace are indeed having an affair, as disgusting as that is to consider.
