Trump Ready To Name His Successor – And It Won’t Be Vance Or Rubio: Report

The midterm elections are now less than six months away. Donald Trump continues to decline in the polls and is ineligible to run for another term. Even members of Dementia Don’s own party are warning that he’s about to have “the most miserable two years of his life.”

So what exactly does the future hold for Trump and the GOP, which has become little more than a rubber stamp for a president who is despised by nearly 60 percent of the voters?

According to branding expert and former Trump friend Donnie Deutsch, while Vice President JD Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio may have visions of being Trump’s successor in the White House, neither of them will get the Donald’s endorsement.

Appearing on MS NOW this morning, Deutsch said Trump will pick someone who has the same last name.

“Just to kind of jump forward a little bit as far as him, like not being the center of attention, and not to get ahead of my skis here, but you kind of go, what would he do to make sure to anoint the next candidate keeps him still front and center?”

Deutsch then answered his own question.

“And then I go, maybe it’s not Rubio, and maybe it’s not Vance,” he continued. “Maybe it’s somebody with the last name Trump. And I know I’m getting way ahead of my skis here, but if you just study this guy as a character, you go, that’s where he’s going.”

“So that’s the way he keeps himself the center of attention.”

Anyone want to take odds on which Trump spawn will get daddy’s blessing? Ivanka would seem to be the most obvious choice, but Donald Trump Jr. is almost as smarmy as his father and seems more likely to receive the call.

The larger question is this: By the time Donald Trump is done destroying this country, will Ivanka or Junior have to change their last name to even have a chance?
