On Thursday evening, so-called “President” Donald Trump will address the nation from the White House, and according to a report, he will likely declare that Georgia’s two Democratic senators, John Ossoff and Raphael Warnock, were elected as a result of voter fraud and are therefore “illegitimate.”
The conservative news outlet D.C. reporter posted what they dubbed “NEWS” on their Twitter page Monday that read, “Trump Will Declare Georgia’s Two Senators Are ‘Illegitimate’ During National Address On Thursday.”

President Trump is planning to announce that Georgia's two senators, Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock, are illegitimate because of fraud, a well-placed source in Georgia tells us. Announcement could come as soon as tonight. https://t.co/1bchO5wfGe
Several hours later, DC Reporter began to walk back their initial post.
“UPDATE: The White House tells us President Trump’s speech will not focus on Georgia’s 2020 elections.”
“Georgia Republican source adds to us that they were notified of speech and the upcoming report’s initial Georgia election
focus in advance.”
“Speech set for Thursday at 9pm.”

As you’d expect, the news of that Trump may talk about Thursday night set off a wave of disgust and outrage.
This is insane. INSANE https://t.co/LoHTKJYySj

This is a test run for 2026. If Trump steals the 2026 election, ballots will not be enough to save us. It will take much more. https://t.co/x6snQwrz2p

Doesn’t work like that.

First off, there was no fraud, but you seized the ballots and the paper back ups to make sure no one could question it.
Second, the constitution has no way to nullify a swearing in. Only peer expulsion.
Third, this sudden “announcement” is when Trump is… https://t.co/QFuV3CN7sV
Fuck Trump. This is scandalous and disgusting.

This is why the fired those FBI analysts that spoke out about Fulton County probe.
— Tanja (@WeSee2024) July 13, 2026
That probe is the one that’s illegitimate!
Congress needs to speak with them. pic.twitter.com/IilJtl9fs1
The president has absolutely no constitutional power to declare any member of Congress to be illegitimate or to remove them. These people are fucking morons.

This is precisely why states have the right to conduct their own elections and to certify their own results.

Sen. Ossoff also weighed in on the matter:
Donald Trump’s spiral continues. The failed president, pocketing billions as he drives up prices, is afraid to lose the midterms. So he will reheat debunked election conspiracy theories and tell bizarre new lies to deny his 2020 defeat and attack voting rights. This is a disaster… https://t.co/AgFEg3RfbW
— Jon Ossoff (@ossoff) July 14, 2026
Using Trump’s nonsensical “logic,” couldn’t it also be claimed that his election in 2016 was illegitimate? After all, he had help from Russia and Vladimir Putin.
Make no mistake, Dementia Don is going to try and manipulate/steal the upcoming midterm elections. Why? Because he knows if the GOP loses, he will be booted from office.
Here’s hoping that scenario comes to pass, and soon.
