White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller (a.k.a. White Nationalist Dracula) was a guest on Fox News Tuesday evening, and one of the softball questions from host Jesse Watters was what he’s thankful for.
“You asked me what I’m thankful for this Thanksgiving,” Miller replied. I praise God every day that Donald Trump is our president and we’ve gone from 30% inflation, 20 million illegals, unlimited refugees, violent crime in our cities to security in our cities, no more illegals, no more refugees and finally a country that puts American citizens first.”
What a load of absolute bullshit!
Inflation was NEVER 30% when Joe Biden was president, and the numbers prove it.
The peak of inflation during the Biden administration was mid-2022, when it stood at just under 10%. It dipped slightly after Trump was elected, but prices have risen again during the Criminal-in-Chief’s second term.
Watters also asked Miller how he celebrates Thanksgiving in his home, to which Miller responded, “I would be incapable of helping. If I attempted to help, it would be interpreted widely as an act of sabotage.”
“It’s kind of like, they say when men fold a sweater wrong, you never have to fold a sweater again,” he told Watters. “The safest play is to just watch TV and stay out of the way as best you can. My service is saying how delicious the gravy is, how great the turkey is, how wonderful the cranberry sauce is. That’s how I give back, with compliments.”
In other words, Miller makes his wife, MAGA podcaster Katie Miller, do all the work while he pulls the wings off birds who happen to stray into his yard.
However, it was Miller’s bullshit recitation of the 30% inflation number that drew the most commentary on social media. Take a look:
