Instead of focusing on matters of international diplomacy and foreign relations while attending the G7 summit in France, so-called “President” Donald Trump decided he’d fire off a social media attack on a rising Democratic star: Georgia Sen. Jon Ossoff, who is now favored to retain his Senate seat after Trump’s badly flawed candidate, Rep. Mike Collins, won the Republican runoff on Tuesday in the Peach State.
At approximately 2 a.m., Trump posted this on his failing Truth Social site: “So happy for highly respected Congressman Mike Collins. He will win his Senate Race in Georgia against a pathetic failed Dumocrat Senator, Os(jerk!)off, who is a joke in D.C. Nobody even knows who he is!!! I’ll be doing Big TRUMP Rallies for Mike in Georgia! President DJT”
How do you know when you’ve hit the political big time? When Trump is so worried that he takes time to attack you. If Donnie was so certain that his boy Mike Collins was sure to win, why even mention Ossoff?
Fortunately, Trump received plenty of social media pushback for his obscene post.
It’s probably too early to predict, but here’s a personal wish: Ossoff wins by 10 points and humiliates the Rapist-in-Chief.
