While it’s been clear for some time now that Donald Trump is in failing health (both mental and physical), photos of him taken while he was visiting Florida Friday for a campaign rally are leading some to wonder why he suddenly has bruising on his face.
As The Daily Beast notes, “The discoloration was visible in several photos taken on Friday, both during Trump’s exchange with reporters outside the White House and after he landed in Fort Myers, Florida, where Gov. Ron DeSantis greeted him ahead of a midterm rally.”
“The bruise, which was not visible on the right temple, sparked a fresh round of speculation about his health.”

The bruising wasn’t seen on Trump a day earlier as he left the White House for a rally in Iowa.
Asked for comment on the bruising, White House spokesman Davis Ingle remarked, “Only the glue-sniffing degenerates at the failing Daily Beast would obsessively push baseless conspiracy theories about President Trump, and that’s because they suffer from a severe, crippling disease known as Trump Derangement Syndrome that has completely rotted their peanut-sized brains.”
“President Trump’s sharpness, unmatched energy, relentless work ethic and historic accessibility stand in stark contrast to what we saw during the last administration when Democrats and the legacy media intentionally covered up Joe Biden’s serious mental and physical decline from the American people. The President is working nonstop to solve problems and deliver on his promises, and he remains in excellent health,” he added.
In the past, Trump has suggested the bruising seen on his hands is due to the aspirin regimen he takes and the fact that he shakes so many hands.
Oddly, however, later in the day Friday, Trump posted this on social media: “A healthy person has a thousand dreams. A sick person has only one (to get better)!”
That post led to plenty of online commentary regarding whether or not Donnie is circling the drain.
