Former White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt managed to humiliate herself and prove her total ignorance of basic math with remarks she made Monday evening during an appearance on Fox News, and she was roundly mocked for her comments.
During an interview with Fox host Sean Hannity, Leavitt said Democrats such as James Talarico, the party’s Senate candidate in Texas, are “incredibly disingenuous.”
“They campaign as moderates,” she continued. “They do 360s on every single policy position they have to try to appeal to common sense, good-hearted Americans. But then, when they are elected, they govern as complete radical extreme liberal lunatics.”
There’s one little problem with Leavitt’s accusation: If a person does a 360, they would wind up right back where they started. If Talarico campaigns as a moderate and then did a 360, that would mean he governed as a moderate, too.
Social media karma took several bites out of Leavitt and her idiotic accusation.
Let’s all hope Karoline won’t be tutoring her children in mathematics. They might wind up as brain dead as her.
