Considering that Republicans are especially hostile towards the LGBTQ community, comments made by so-called “President” Donald Trump at Monday evening campaign rally in Youngstown, Ohio, to boost the flagging political fortunes of incumbent GOP Senator Jon Husted raised more than a few eyebrows.
As he heaped praise on Husted, Trump admitted he had just learned that the Ohio senator played football at the University of Dayton and was an all-American as a defensive back and kick returner.
“He was a great athlete,” Trump said of Husted.
“I don’t do this with men very often, I started examining his body, because I didn’t know he was a great athlete,” Trump told the crowd.
“And I looked, and I watched up and down, and I looked at his ass … and I looked at the whole… and then I looked at his hands, look at his hands, he’s got these, like, claws… and I got it, you are a great athlete.”
Trump then added, “I didn’t know that, because he doesn’t talk about that. Congratulations, now they finally know.”
Is it just me, or is that creepy as hell? Especially when it’s coming from a guy who is supposed to be the leader of the free world.
Of course, the more Trump’s brain continues to disintegrate, he has lost whatever filter he once had and will blurt out the most bizarre and inappropriate shit at the drop of a hat. But it’s usually directed at women, because he has zero respect for them and is a misogynist and accused sexual predator.
As you’d expect, people who saw video of Donnie’s remarks at the Husted rally couldn’t resist offering their thoughts.
