Right-wing MAGA Congressman Brandon Gill (R-TX) wound up humiliated and brutally mocked online after a campaign ad he posted against Texas Democratic Senate candidate James Talarico came back to bite him on the ass.
In the ad, which was posted online, Gill ominously warns, “James Talarico talks like us but he votes like AOC and Bernie Sanders. He has no business representing our state.”
As he makes that statement, Gill is seen driving down a country road as a list of negative claims about Talarico are flashed on the screen.
However, Talarico’s name doesn’t appear next to the captions, which include “STANDS WITH CHILD PREDATORS.” As a result, it looks like Gill is the one who stands with child predators.
Other attacks on Talarico also appear on the screen: “China owning Texas land” and protecting “genital mutilation surgery for children” are listed, but again, since Gill’s face is shown next to those attacks, it gives the viewer the impression that those are Gill’s positions.

One good thing did come from Gill’s ad, however: The brutal online mockery he received for his boneheaded mistake.
As per their usual, Republican are their own worst enemies. It’s so much fun watching them self-destruct.
