Appearing at an event in Washington, D.C. to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the September 21, 2001 terrorist attacks on the United States, Donald Trump looked more than a bit fatigued, frequently dozing off and seeming not to know where he was.
However, it was his drooping face that drew the most concern, with one physician saying the facial drooping is likely the result of a stroke Trump suffered at some point in his second term.
