Michigan Democratic Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed verbally eviscerated Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump after the Troll-in-Chief attempted to slag El-Sayed’s wife and marriage.
Saturday evening on his failing Truth Social site, Trump posted this:
El-Sayed appeared on CNN’s State of the Union Sunday morning and was asked by host Jake Tapper about the so-called “president’s” post.
“He’s right!” the Michigan Democrat replied.
El-Sayed then explained that the two photos prove the decision that voters in his state have to make.
“One in which your overlords are two people who don’t like each other but joined in the interest of making billions of dollars off of you, or two people who genuinely love each other, enjoyed some pancakes together, want to come together to build the kind of America where they can raise a family.”
“You’ve got two different visions of America; Donald Trump’s vision is the one you’re living in right now,” he continued. “Can you afford your gas, can you afford your groceries? Do you believe, when you look your kids in the eye, that they’re going to have a better future than you did?”
The candidate then noted that at least he and his wife like each other.
“Sarah and I like each other,” he said. “I don’t know about the first lady and the president, but from what I’ve heard, it’s a bit of a rocky road.”
Indeed, according to the recent book by Maggie Haberman and Jonathan Swan, Regime Change, Donald and Melania don’t even sleep together in the same room. Instead, Mrs. Trump sleeps in the master bedroom, and her husband spends his evenings in what is referred to as the White House “living room.”
The America Trump stands for is about greed, hatred, racism, and death.
The one Dr. El-Sayed wants to help build is one of inclusion, opportunity, and compassion. And isn’t that what the United States is really supposed to be?
