Katie Miller, the wife of Trump administration aide Stephen Miller, was delighted by Thursday’s 6-3 ruling from the U.S. Supreme Court that strips away the temporary legal status of millions of immigrants who live in the United States, and she celebrated with a disgusting social media post that got her electronically excoriated.
First, the high court’s ruling, which, NBC News notes, could affect more than 350,000 people.
“The Supreme Court cleared the way Thursday for the Trump administration to remove legal protections from thousands of Haitian and Syrian immigrants in the United States, meaning they could be subject to deportation.”
“The court, on a 6-3 vote on ideological lines, ruled in favor of the administration, which asked to continue with its plan to strip Temporary Protected Status from about 350,000 Haitians and 6,000 Syrians.”
“The ruling could also boost the administration’s efforts to remove similar protections from people from other countries as part of President Donald Trump’s hard-line immigration policy.”
Shortly after the ruling, Mrs. Miller posted this on Twitter/X: “Great news for the dogs and cats of Springfield.”

The Springfield reference is to specious claims made by so-called “President” Donald Trump that immigrants in Springfield, Ohio, were stealing and eating dogs and cats, though he never provided a shred of evidence to support his blatant lie.
Even NBC legal analyst Lisa Rubin said she was flabbergasted by the post from Miller.
“Yeah, I mean this was racist going in and it was racist coming out,” Rubin said on MS NOW earlier this morning, “Because Katie Miller yesterday wrote that this was a ‘great day for the dogs and cats of Springfield.’”
“When I read that at my desk, I literally gasped so loudly that half the reporters in my line of the newsroom looked around to see what I was reacting to,” she added.
And then came the online beating Miller took.
You fucking piece of shit 😡

You know this is a lie. What is not a lie is that you had to move out of Arlington due to the fact that neighbors heard terrified screams of your children.
Was the Nazi abusing them?
Screams of terror 😡
Really funny Katie. Because of these lies Haitian families including kids feared for their safety. It is unconsciable you think this is a joke. You and your husband should remember Karma is a bitch.

The Haitians of Springfield were *good* for the local economy, which is what all the business owners kept saying.
You are pure evil @KatieMiller.

You and your husband are true Nazis. Evil and rotten with no redeeming virtues.
Can't wait till when the rule of law is restored and your husband is sent to prison for the rest of his days for crimes against humanity.
You are a dark, racist, vile woman. You are spewing conspiracy theories. With you and @StephenM being parents we worry about your children. Your mentalities are dangerous to kids. Certainly not teaching kindness, empathy, equality..

Could it possibly be any clearer that the most evil people this country has ever produced are now in control of the government? And could it be any clearer that a Blue Wave is necessary in November?
