For years now, it’s been painfully obvious that Donald Trump inherited the dementia that killed his father, Fred, at the age of 93 after years of steady mental decline.
If you doubt that the so-called president is in cognitive decline, consider the remarks he made to Sharyl Attkisson regarding the cost of watching professional football in the United States.
The Daily Beast reports that Attkisson asked Trump if the federal government should charge the NFL with “price gouging” and take legal action against them.
“There’s something very sad when they take football away from many, many people. Very sad. I don’t like it,” Trump said.
“They’re making a lot of money. They could make a little bit less,” he added. “You have people that live for Sunday, they can’t think about anything else, and then all of a sudden they’re gonna have to pay $1,000 a game. It’s crazy, so I’m not happy about it.”
Since when does it cost a grand to watch an NFL game? Even if you have to subscribe to a couple of services to get all the games you want, it’s still not going to set you back that much.
Clearly, Donnie has no damn idea what he’s talking about, and yet we’re comfortable with this guy having control of our nuclear weapons arsenal?
