How apocalyptic could the conflict between the United States and Iran get in the days ahead? Could we be on the verge of an all-out regional war that will culminate with the use of nuclear weapons?
Based on the behavior of some top Trump administration officials, it seems the answer to that question is a horrifying “yes.”
According to a report from The Telegraph, at least two top Trump officials have raced to purchase their own survival shelters that are designed to withstand a nuclear war.
Ron Hubbard of Texas, who owns Atlas, a company that manufactures survival bunkers designed to withstand “biological [or] nuclear fallout, EMP attacks,” and other horrific scenarios, people asking about his services have gone up “tenfold” since the U.S. and Israel launched coordinated attacks on Iran.
“One of them texted me yesterday, asking me: ‘When will my bunker be ready?’” Hubbard revealed, referring to one of the Trump officials.
Hubbard also told the Telegraph what the demographic is for the majority of the people who inquire about his bunkers.
Almost al of them are “Christian, conservative CEOs,” and include “several of the wealthiest men on the planet,” though he declined to name any names.
The report set off alarm bells among some notable conservatives, including Andrew Day, senior editor at The American Conservative.

Apparently, the rest of us will either be incinerated by a nuclear blast or have to live like characters from “The Living Dead.” If that’s the case, here’s hoping Rick Grimes and Daryl Dixon are part of my survivor team.
