Deputy AG Says DOJ Will NOT Release ‘Several Hundred Thousand’ Epstein Docs Today

Even though the Department of Justice is supposed to release documents related to the crimes of late sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein, it appears the DOJ still plans to continue their stonewalling, completely ignoring the vote by both houses of Congress demanding full transparency in the matter.

Todd Blanche, the Deputy Attorney General and second-in-command at Justice said this morning on Fox News that “several hundred thousand” documents will not see the light of day.

“So today is the 30 days when I expect that we’re going to release several hundred thousand documents today,” Blanche explained. “And just so everybody appreciates, President Trump has said, for years, that he wants full transparency, and he wants the Department of Justice to release everything that we can with respect to this investigation in cases.”

“And so what we’re doing is we are looking at every single piece of paper that we are going to produce, making sure that every victim, their name, their identity, their story, to the extent it needs to be protected, is completely protected,” he added. “And so I expect that we’re going to release more documents over the next couple of weeks. So today, several hundred thousand. And then over the next couple weeks, I expect several hundred thousand more.”

Several hundred thousand today, but several hundred thousand will not be seen until next week, or (more likely) never. Kinda makes you wonder why DOJ is sitting on some of the materials, doesn’t it? Could it be because they’re still redacting Donald Trump’s name from them? Or is the Justice Department in the process of completely obliterating thousands of pages in direct violation of Congress? Either way, something smells fishy, and Blanche and Bondi need to be put before investigative committees in the House and Senate to answer for their actions.
