Hotel Manager: Bookings Show ‘No One Is Coming’ To DC For Trump’s Saturday Birthday Parade

On Saturday, the U.S. Army will celebrate its 250th anniversary with a parade featuring marching soldiers, aircraft, tanks, and other military vehicles, a display which will be reminiscent of the old Soviet Union or modern-day North Korea, where lethal force is celebrated while the people starve.

Saturday is also the 79th birthday of Braggart-in-Chief Donald Trump, who will also be in attendance so he can wave as American military might is paraded before him for his approval and self-aggrandizement.

However, if Trump was counting on large crowds for his birthday, he’s going to be disappointed, according to Tim Hogan, former manager of the Ilikai Hotel in Honolulu, Hawaii.

“I ran some room reservation requests for 13-15 for cheap rooms that would not be available in a period of high occupancy. I can say with a reasonable degree of certainty, nobody is coming to DC,” he wrote Monday.

Another factor that could keep people away on Saturday: The weather, which is expected to be miserable, NJ.com reports.

“Early forecasts show that there may be thunderstorms, especially in the afternoon. Celebrations and events are set to take place starting at 11 a.m. ET onwards spanning six blocks and including the National Mall, and a procession is expected to begin at 6:30 p.m. ET.”

Hogan’s social media posting drew lots of comments and mockery aimed at Donnie.
