White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt wants us all to know that hatred will not be tolerated while Donald Trump is president.
You may now laugh uncontrollably.
Leavitt made her patently absurd declaration during a press briefing in which she commented on the fatal shooting of two Israeli Embassy workers Wednesday in Washington, DC., telling reporters, “Hatred has no place in the United States of America under President Donald Trump.”
Hatred has no place in Donald Trump’s America? Then why did he feel a need to say that he “hates” Taylor Swift and attack Bruce Springsteen just because they disagree with his hateful policies?
Trump is filled with hatred, and he proves it nearly every time he opens his mouth or posts an angry statement on social media.
As you’d expect, Leavitt’s blatant lie was harshly rebuked and rebutted.
