We’ve known for years now that Kid Rock (a.k.a. Robert James Ritchie) has absolutely no musical talent whatsoever, and it becomes clearer every time he opens his mouth that he’s little more than a bigoted gadfly who likes to remain relevant by attaching himself to people who have actual fame and recognition.
The perfect example of Rock’s desperate attempt to remain relevant is his worshipful praise for Donald Trump, who is one of the most revolting people to ever appear on planet Earth.
A perfect example of Rock’s obsequiousness when it comes to Trump is an interview the Kid gave to Fox News as part of publicity he’s doing for something called the “Rock N Rodeo” event being held at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
“I think wokeness and DEI and cancel culture is starting to exit the building, and we can thank President Trump for leading that charge once again,” Rock said.
But it was what he said next that caught the attention of those who have seen video of the interview.
“I call him the dragon slayer in that regard, because he just came and slit the throat of DEI and wokeness,” he added.
"Dragon slayer!"@KidRock hails @realDonaldTrump as the ‘DEI destroyer,’ saying wokeness is finally exiting the building — Bud Light got its reckoning, cancel culture’s fading, and merit is making a comeback. pic.twitter.com/jqHFmrMwxZ

Slit the throat of cancel culture? Holy shit! Is that the way a normal person talks? It sounds more like something a serial killer would say. It’s creepy as hell, which isn’t surprising when you consider the source.
Those comments were not exactly welcomed by everyone on social media.

Talentless and unable to speak like a normal human being. Hell of a combination, Kid.
